●How to enjoy
As a supplement to your meals, we suggest 2 to 4 bags per day.
Pour a cup of hot water over 1 bag and drink after 2 to 3 minutes. Or simmer in a kettle for 1 to 2 minutes. It is also delicious chilled in the refrigerator.
