We will ship your order as soon as it is prepared.

Shipping
After receiving your order, we arrange shipment as early as the next day, and within two days.
We do not ship on weekends, Japanese national holidays, or during the year-end/New Year period.

Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-convenience reasons.
If a product we delivered has a defect, please contact us by email or through the contact form within 7 days of receiving it. We will promptly arrange a replacement or similar.

When you register as a member, you can skip entering your customer information and order more smoothly. There is no enrollment fee or annual fee.

A subscription is a service that automatically orders the products you want from eligible items at regular intervals. It continues automatically until you complete the cancellation procedure.
Choose the subscription product you want and complete the order procedure.
Credit card payment is available for subscriptions.
This online store does not keep your credit card number.
Changing, skipping, pausing, and canceling
After logging in to your account page, you can complete these procedures from "Manage subscription."
To change your next scheduled delivery date, please do so from your account page at least 8 days before that date.
