How to order

1. Select the product you want to purchase
Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. It will be added to your shopping cart.

2. Proceed to purchase procedure (proceed to checkout)
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button from the "Current Cart Contents" page or "Cart Contents" at the top right of the screen. The contents of your cart will be displayed.

3. Perform purchase procedures (accounting)
Follow the cart instructions to determine "purchaser information", "delivery address information", "payment method", etc.

4. You will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

About payment methods

Credit card payments (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB), Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are available.

About regular flights

Regular delivery is a service that automatically orders the desired product from among the products eligible for regular purchase every time.
*The service will automatically continue until the cancellation procedure is completed.

[How to apply]

・Please select your desired regular delivery product and complete the order process.
・Please select your desired delivery address, payment method, etc. on the order screen.
Delivery After receiving your order, we will usually arrange shipping within 3 business days.
(Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)


Regular flights are a convenient service that automatically renews once you apply.
There is no need for the customer to complete the order process again.

[Payment method]

Payment for regular flights can be made by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB) .

If you wish to continue, the same payment method as last time will be applied.
*This online store does not store credit card numbers.
*We use Shopify Payment for this payment.
*Depending on your usage status, you may be asked to change to another payment method.
*Depending on the details of your order, we may contact you to confirm usage. In addition, if we cannot confirm the use, we will cancel your order.

[Credit card change method]

After logging in to My Page, select "Manage regular flights", open the contract details from "Check details", and press the "Change" button for the payment method.
We will send the change procedure page to your registered email address, so please complete the procedure from there.

In the case of a payment error, as credit card information is personal information, we are unable to confirm the details of the error or resolve the error.

[Change of next scheduled delivery date]

You can change the order date according to your convenience.
You can select up to 3 days after the first delivery date.
(Example) If the first delivery date is 8/15, it can be changed between 9/15 and 9/18 of the following month.

If you wish to make changes, please complete the procedure on My Page at least 8 days before the next scheduled delivery date.


It is possible to skip or pause delivery of products according to your convenience.

If you wish to skip or pause, please log in to My Page, select "Manage regular flights" and press the "Pause" and "Skip" buttons under "Confirm details".

If you wish to cancel skip/pause, please press "Cancel Skip" or "Resume".

[Change of delivery address information]

If you would like to change the delivery address information, log in to My Page, select "Manage regular deliveries", select "Edit" for "Delivery address" under "Confirm details", and then Please complete the procedure.


If you wish to cancel your subscription, please log in to My Page, select ``Manage subscriptions,'' and select ``Cancel subscription'' at the bottom right of ``Confirm details.''
